If you knew what you were talking about you'd know it's expected of him to bow before the pope ... unlike Obama, who shook his hand. But then bowing before the mayor of Tampa must have been such a spiritual experience for your Zero in Chief.
No it's not. For one, the Pope is the head of State of the Vatican and our head of State should not bow to him. Additionally, Bush is not Catholic, so he shouldn't bow before the Pope in an individual capacity, and certainly not as President.
